Contemporary botanical painter Jeanne Reiner, a Fairfield County, Connecticut resident, is featured in several current and upcoming exhibitions.

This is the last week (through March 8, 2014) to see the New England Society of Botanical Artists exhibit "From the Mountains to the Sea" that features her work at the Bartlett Arboretum, 151 Brookdale Rd., Stamford, CT.

In addition, several of her paintings are featured at Creel and Gow, an Upper East Side gallery called "a contemporary cabinet of curiosities" by the New York Observer. Creel and Gow is located at 131 East 70th Street near Lexington Avenue.

Reiner's work has been selected to be shown at the 16th Annual Botanical Art Exhibit, regarded as the West Coast's foremost exhibition of its kind, from April 8th to June 8th at Filoli, a San Francisco Bay Area National Register grand country estate with 16 acres of gardens.

In May, Reiner's paintings will be included in Greenwich Connecticut's "Art to the Avenue" and from May 1 - 26 selected artists will have their work displayed in the boutiques and windows of Greenwich's downtown district. The opening is May 1, 5:30 - 8 pm, and is a well-attended annual festive event. Check her website as the date approaches for specific information about where her work will be exhibited.
