September 11, 2016 at 3 pm there will be a special program marking the 15th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 at the Mark Twain Library in Redding Connecticut. The event will feature a presentation by Redding photographer and designer Charles Moretz about his project titled "Genius Loci: The Art of Remembrance."
Moretz's photographs of the twin towers were commissioned by the Port Authority and permanently installed in Windows on the World. Moretz talks about the project in a video by John Maher, Craig Mikhitarian, and Marty Fegy.
