There is an exhibit of photographs by members of the Candlewood Camera Club at the Cyrenius H. Booth Library, Newtown from March 1 through 31, 2015. A public reception is being held on Saturday, March 7, 2015 from 2 pm - 4 pm in the meeting room.

As per their poster: "A variety of subject matter will be displayed including Landscape, Nature, Photojournalism, Digitally Altered, Street/Cityscapes and Portraits. Candlewood Camera Club photographers draw inspiration from their immediate environments, nature, travel -- near and far, architecture, sports, zoos, botanical gardens, local attractions and from assigned subjects for competitions."

The Cyrenius H. Booth Library is located at 25 Main St., Newtown CT.

Candlewood Camera Club was founded in 1948 and meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.
