Festival of Trees to benefit Ann's Place, November 21-23, Danbury


The 12th Annual Festival of Trees benefit for Ann's Place is being held November 21-23, 2014 at Matrix Conference and Banquet Center in Danbury, Connecticut. It brings together the many people, organizations and sponsors who support Ann's Place's mission of community-based cancer support

Artist/designers, organizations and sponsors submitted over 100 trees and raffle items to be raffled as part of the benefit event--many on different themes and some featuring handmade items.

There is a gala kick-off party on Friday, November 21 (ticketed event), and the festival itself runs Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 22-23 from 10 am - 5 pm. The event features entertainment, vendors, a quilters'  corner, robotics and Lego competitions, and the holiday tree raffle. Admission for adults is $10, $5 for children and seniors (children under 5 are admitted for free.)

The Matrix is located off exit 1 off I-84 in Danbury (free garage parking), the festival is on the 3rd level.
